East West's Saigon original is where San Diego brewing know-how meets Vietnamese ingredients — think Saigon Rosé and the Far East IPA, brewed on-site and matured in the venue's own barrel room. It's since spun off sister taprooms in Da Nang and Quy Nhon, but this is where it all started.

Between Bến Thành Market and the Reunification Palace in the heart of District 1, it's an easy stop to build an evening around — ask what's currently coming out of the barrel room for something you won't find on tap elsewhere.
