The ฤแปng Khแปi location marks a deliberate step up from Pasteur Street's earlier venues: this is full restaurant dining paired with craft beer, not just a taproom with snacks. The kitchen runs an extensive food menu, and the tap list spans the brewery's complete year-round lineup โ including the signature Jasmine Amber Ale, Pomelo IPA, Passion Fruit Wheat Beer, and the legendary 13% Cyclo Imperial Chocolate Stout โ alongside rotating seasonal and limited releases. With 12 taprooms across the city to choose from, this one sets the standard for the full Pasteur Street experience.
Since its founding, Pasteur Street has created over 200 distinct beers using fresh Vietnamese ingredients โ jasmine flowers, pomelo peel, passion fruit, dragon fruit โ combining American craft brewing technique with distinctly local flavour. The brewery has won more international awards than any other brewer in Vietnam. At the ฤแปng Khแปi Flagship, that award-winning programme is presented in its most complete and refined form.
