Pasteur Street Brewing Co — Đồng Khởi Flagship

Pasteur Street opened its first taproom in 2015 and is Vietnam's most awarded brewery, with over 200 beers built on local ingredients such as jasmine, pomelo peel and passion fruit. This branch pours the complete year-round line-up, including Jasmine Amber Ale, Pomelo IPA and the 13% Cyclo Imperial Chocolate Stout, plus seasonal and limited releases.

Of the brewery's many HCMC taprooms, this is the one for a proper sit-down meal with your beer. It's on Đồng Khởi, one of District 1's best-known streets.
