Pasteur Street applied American craft brewing methods to fresh Vietnamese ingredients, producing beers that taste like nowhere else. The Jasmine IPA is one of Southeast Asia's most recognisable craft beers, and the Cyclo Imperial Chocolate Stout, made with Marou cacao, took gold at the Asian Beer Medals. The brand now has 15-plus taprooms across Vietnam, but this original is the place to try the full range at its freshest.

The taproom is reached via an alleyway off Pasteur Street in District 1, and there's a rooftop bar in the same complex.
