Pasteur Street Craft Beer (Le Thanh Ton)

This is one of the brewery's busiest downtown outposts, with a long tap wall showcasing Vietnamese-ingredient beers like the Jasmine IPA alongside seasonal sours and stouts. The open front makes it a great spot to watch the Le Thanh Ton street life, and the staff know the range well.

Order a tasting paddle if it is your first visit, and ask staff for a pairing from the American-style bar menu. Weekdays are noticeably calmer; at weekends grab a high table at the front early, or head upstairs if you want air-conditioning.
