Hanoi craft brewery set up in 2018 by Bia Son Brewery, making American-style beers with Vietnamese honey, hibiscus and butterfly pea flower, poured at its own Old Quarter taprooms.
B'ross, also written Bross Beer, is the craft beer brand of Bia Son Brewery, which was founded in Hanoi in 2018 by a group of brothers who wanted to combine Vietnamese ingredients with Western beer culture. The beer is developed by brewer Son, who gives the company its name. It uses dried Belgian and German malt and hops from the United States, Australia and New Zealand, with Vietnamese ingredients added at the end of the process. Honey runs through much of the range, and the brewery is known for strong IPAs and colourful flower beers, as well as ciders.
