Tank-to-tap brewery and wood-fired restaurant at Resorts World Sentosa, opened in April 2026 by Burnt Ends chef Dave Pynt and partners.
People People Brewing Co. opened on 15 April 2026 at WEAVE, Resorts World Sentosa, and is run by Burnt Ends Hospitality Group. It is a partnership between Burnt Ends chef Dave Pynt, Unlisted Collection founder Loh Lik Peng, brand builder Pete Thew and consumer strategist Jason Moy. Head brewer Nick Calder-Scholes, formerly of One Drop Brewing Co in New South Wales, was named Australian Brewer of the Year by Beer & Brewer in 2024. All the beer is brewed on site in five 1,500-litre tanks in full view of the 9,000 sq ft dining room and served straight from tank to tap. The brewery can make up to 300,000 litres a year, and the beer is also bottled and canned. The range is split into a Core collection, Seasonal releases, an experimental Workshop Series of small batches and sours, and a Founder's Reserve kept for the brewery's paying members.
The beers
Poolside Pils, pilsner with a lime twist, 3.6%
Lager, house lager with Saaz and Tettnang hops, 4.9%
XPA, extra pale ale, 4.5%
California IPA, IPA brewed with Cryo hops, 6.2%
Passionfruit and Yuzu Sour, fruited sour, 4.0%
Oatmeal Stout, stout, 5.5%
The brewer describes a Japanese Rice Lager, made with Japanese short-grain rice, and a tropical Pacific Ale as the flagship beers. Both are sold in cans with the other core beers through the brewery's online shop. Barrel-aged stouts and seasonal collaborations appear on the taps from time to time.
Where to drink it
The home of the beer is the People People Brewing Co. brewpub itself, at 26 Sentosa Gateway in WEAVE. It sits before the Sentosa entry gantry, so there is no island admission charge. It opens from 11am to 11pm and is closed on Tuesdays. The Burnt Ends team runs the wood-fired pizzas and rotisserie chicken in the kitchen, and on Thursdays there are brewery tours. Elsewhere in Singapore, look for People People on tap at The Good Beer Company at China Square Central, Malthouse in Siglap and American Taproom at Waterloo Centre. All four are listed below.
