Award-winning impact brewery launched in Da Nang in 2017, named Asia's Champion Small Brewery in 2025, with taprooms in Hanoi, Hoi An, Ninh Binh, Binh Duong and Saigon.
7 Bridges Brewing Co launched in April 2017 in Da Nang, Vietnam's city of bridges, which gives the brewery its name. It calls itself Vietnam's first impact brewing company and runs as a social enterprise, with Stanley Boots as chairman and Saori Ushimi as CEO. Its Zero Waste programme turns brewing by-products into pizza dough, bread, vinegar and hot sauce, and the company still has its head office in Ngu Hanh Son, Da Nang. The brewery went, in its own words, from garage to gold medals in two years. At the Asia Beer Championship 2025 it was named Champion Small-Sized Brewery of Asia, and its Heritage Superdry rice lager took the Champion Beer of Asia title. Yuzu Wheat was named Champion Fruit Beer of Asia in 2023.
