Taipei craft brewery founded in 2023 by Joe Merrell and Tyler Rubin, known for hazy and double IPAs, poured at its Xinyi taproom and at Taiwan craft beer bars.
Flow Brewing (in Chinese, Xin Liu Niang Zao) was founded in 2023 by Joe Merrell and Tyler Rubin, friends who spent years sharing and debating beer from Taiwan's best breweries, international names and their own home brews before launching. Its motto is "great friends making great beer in a great place". Untappd lists Flow as a nanobrewery in Xinyi, and a 2025 Business Today report on Tsai's Brewing in Caotun, Nantou, named Flow among the brands that use its contract brewing service. The focus is hop-forward: hazy IPAs, double and triple IPAs, plus a few dark and red beers.
