Hong Kong craft brewery founded in 2015 by Hong Kong-born brothers David and Daniel Gallie, brewing balanced, easy-drinking beers in Wong Chuk Hang and named after the city's birds of prey.
Black Kite Brewery was founded in 2015 by Hong Kong-born brothers David and Daniel Gallie and takes its name from the black kites that circle over the city's harbour and hillsides. The brewery is in the Derrick Industrial Building on Wong Chuk Hang Road, on the south side of Hong Kong Island, and supplies bars and bottle shops around the city. Its stated aim is to explore Hong Kong's flavour through beer, which shows in releases such as a tomato gose named after the Flower Market and an oolong and strawberry sour brewed with Holy Goat. The core range sticks to classic styles brewed for balance and easy drinking.
