The Tasting Room by Cold Chain Craft

The Tasting Room is Cold Chain Craft's dedicated home for Markie, its own line of small-batch, unpasteurised beers served cold at just 2°C to keep them tasting as fresh as the day they were kegged. The space leans more cocktail lounge than pub — ash-black walls, low lighting and a curated bar setup — with a rotating cast of imported New Zealand craft beers filling out the tap list alongside the house Markie range.

It's a deliberately low-key operation: the doors only open to walk-ins on Thursday evenings from 5pm to 10pm, with the rest of the week reserved for private tastings, product launches and office events. Tucked just off the Chiang Mai–Hang Dong Road in Pa Daet, it's an easy stop for anyone chasing something a little different from the city's more familiar taproom crowd.
